Second speaker: Craig Errey, Managing Director and psychologist, PTG Global
Topic 2: Bridging the gap between requirements and design
Craig Errey is the founder and managing director of The Performance Technologies Group (T/A PTG Global). He is a registered psychologist in NSW and has over 10 years of experience in usability and user interface design. Craig leads the R&D function at PTG Global and is responsible for the development of PTG Global’s core methodologies including XPDesign, Certified Usable, the IT Blueprint and XPDesigner.
Craig will be presenting XPDesign™, PTG Global’s unique user interface design method. XPDesign is to IT what architecture is to the building and construction industry. The presentation will cover a step by step introduction to the XPDesign method and participants will walk away with new approaches and skills they can immediately apply to their next project.
